Check In & Check Out

Check In.

At the commencement of a Tenancy we carry out a Check In report. This is a report that states the Tenant is in agreement with the condition of the property and any items within the property. After taking meter readings and recording them, the Tenant has an opportunity to add any comments to the report if necessary and once all agreed and signed the Tenants are then given the keys to the property.

Check Out

At the end of a Tenancy, the Check out report records the condition of the property. The report is complied and then compared to the Inventory and Check In report, this then enables us to check for any damage, general wear and tear and make recommendations as to any such repairs or replacements that may be required. The report highlights the condition, the cleanliness, any missing items and any contractual obligations of the tenants that may required when leaving the property. Once agreed with the Tenant and signed off, meter readings are then taken and keys collected from the Tenant.
